North Vernon MainStreet is kicking off its 2024 Master Class series with a free presentation on Strategic Planning and Business Development presented by Bruce W. Johnson. Mr. Johnson will share some of his 30 years of experience as a management and quality improvement consultant. Topics presented include developing your mission, vision & values, creating your SWOT analysis, conducting an operations analysis, environmental scans, and setting your goals and objectives. Mr. Johnson has worked throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe with for profit, nonprofit, and government organizations.
